Another close game for the Etobicoke Whalers and the beat Newfoundland 2-1 to end the round-robin portion of the Canadian National Ball Hockey Championships. Tomorrow they face the Hosts for a chance to play for the Gold on Saturday.

Violet fights for the ball during the semi final game. Her team went on to win 9-7 and compete for the Gold tomorrow.

I took today’s picture before Violet’s first provincials game today. Her team went 2-0, so they don’t play again until tomorrow evening in the semi-finals.
